Delete your account

For the apps Overdash (customers), Overdash Rider and Overdash Merchant.

The fastest way: in the app

Open the app, go to Account, tap "Delete my account" and enter your PIN. It is deleted at once.

Overdash — wait until your order in progress is finished.
Overdash Rider — end your session, remit your cash and get your Online Balance paid out first.
Overdash Merchant — your stores must have no open order and no money left to pay out.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, birthday, photo and PIN.
Saved addresses and house photos, favourites, vouchers and your Dashpoints balance.
Your login and the notification tokens of your phones.
Riders: payout account, GPS history and live location. Merchants: your merchant profile; your stores are hidden from the app.

What is kept, and why

Past orders, without your name and phone number, for our records.
Money records (payments, refunds, payouts, cash remittances), as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Records that stop abuse (for example unpaid or refused orders) keep the phone number.
Reviews stay, shown as "Overdash customer". Delivery photos are deleted after 90 days.

Can't use the app? Ask us here

We will call or text this number to check it is you, then delete the account within 30 days. We never ask for your PIN or a login code.
